The Romanian government has implemented several measures to support renewable energy development. The 52MW PV station is located in the Podari region of Romania, covering 49.2 hectares, with annual electricity production of about 62 GWh. Land rights are a 30-year lease at €1,800/hectare/year. Local solar irradiance is about 1628 kWh/m², grid connection at 110 kV, 3.5 km from the connection point. The project offers strong policy support, stable land rights, excellent resources and high return potential.
